Qualifications

• Deep understanding of construction technologies, design, and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for new real estate developments across the UAE portfolio.
• Lead development initiatives from concept to completion, managing design, approvals, and delivery phases.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business plans, and market analyses to guide investment decisions.
• Oversee the preparation of development strategies, cost estimates, and revenue forecasts.
• Manage master planning, architecture, infrastructure coordination, and design consultants.
