Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is launching an 18-month structured graduate programme with on-the-job rotations across the Finance function, offering exposure to multiple functions and a strong foundation in the shopping malls industry.

The scheme includes six months of generalist rotations and a twelve-month Marketing placement to build specialist knowledge and practical experience, with opportunities to present and contribute to business challenges.

Qualifications

1. Six-month generalist rotations within support / business areas and twelve-months specific placement in Marketing that will provide you with specialist knowledge of our operations.
2. Support with the day-to-day operations.
3. Support with project management and development and do presentations.
4. Participate on business challenges.
5. Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and experience.
6. Participate in all assigned development programmes.
7. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry.
8. Ability to work effectively across the organization to guarantee the future success.
9. Develop teamwork and maximize team performance.
