Job summary

CNS Middle East is seeking a motivated Software Engineer - Emirati Talent in Dubai with around two years of professional experience. The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services using Python, Java, and modern frameworks.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, write clean code, and help ensure secure, reliable software solutions in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• Around two years of professional software development experience.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle, production support, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, or cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.
• Take ownership of assigned features from design through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
• Ensure applications are secure, performant and reliable.
