Job summary

KPMG Fakhro invites Emirati graduates to join the Emirati Graduate Program with a start in June 2026. The program spans Abu Dhabi and Dubai, offering a full-time, hybrid track with a fast-track promotion path and a chance to shape the UAE’s economic future.

You will work on real client challenges, develop analytics and consulting skills, gain exposure to diverse industries, and learn to present to senior clients while receiving coaching and mentorship throughout your career milestones.

Qualifications

• National Identity: Emirati national with a Family Book.
• Education: Recent Graduate (bachelor’s or master’s degree).
• Academic Excellence: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Majors: Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Mindset: Proactive problem-solver with a high level of professional integrity.
• Communication: Excellent presentation skills with fluency in Arabic and English.
