Job summary

IC is launching the Emerging Talent Program for UAE Nationals in Dubai to support Emirati graduates and early-career professionals in starting and developing careers within a dynamic, international financial services and trading environment.

Participants will rotate through areas such as Compliance, Finance, Technology, Marketing, Client Services and Operations, with mentorship and exposure to real business projects to build a foundation for a long-term career at IC Markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Technology, Computer Science, Data, Marketing, Human Resources, or another relevant discipline.
• Interest in financial markets, fintech or the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience within a global financial services environment.
• Develop an understanding of Forex, CFDs, trading and financial markets.
• Participate in structured on-the-job learning and development.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Are a UAE National.
• Are a recent graduate or early-career professional.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Technology, Computer Science, Data, Marketing, Human Resources, or another relevant discipline.
• Have a genuine interest in financial markets, technology, fintech or the financial services industry.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Have a proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn.
• Are comfortable communicating in English; Arabic language skills are highly valued.

Previous experience in Forex, CFDs or financial services is not required. We are looking for potential, curiosity and the willingness to develop.
