Job summary

HealthHub Festival Plaza in Dubai is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team. You will deliver safe, compassionate care across multiple specialties and support physicians during consultations and procedures.

The ideal candidate has a DHA license, a nursing degree, BLS, at least 2 years post-registration experience, and excellent venepuncture, IV cannulation, and EMR skills, with fluent English and good interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• DHA licensed registered nurse with current license.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid BLS Certification.
• Minimum 2 years post-registration nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.
• Excellent venepuncture and IV cannulation skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer and EMR documentation skills.
• Experience in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Pediatrics or Acute Care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a busy outpatient clinic environment.
• Support physicians during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical observations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support patients with chronic disease management and follow-up care.
• Provide patient education, health promotion, and lifestyle advice.
• Recognize and respond to acute or emergency clinical situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and EMR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and infection prevention policies.
• Contribute to clinic quality initiatives and continuous professional development.
