Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is partnering with a leading UAE hospital to recruit an Emergency Medicine Specialist/Consultant with UK CCT. You will provide high-quality care for acute and critical conditions, lead resuscitation efforts, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

The successful candidate will hold UK CCT, UK registration, and have post-CCT experience in emergency and acute care, with current BLS/ACLS/ATLS certifications.

Qualifications

• UK CCT in Emergency Medicine from an approved pathway.
• Valid registration with UK medical regulatory authority.
• Post-CCT clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in emergency/acute care medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS/ATLS or equivalent certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligible for UAE medical licensing.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, stabilize, and manage patients in the Emergency Department.
• Provide evidence-based treatment for medical, surgical, trauma and other emergencies.
• Manage critically ill patients, including resuscitation and stabilization.
• Perform and supervise emergency procedures.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and inpatient teams.
• Ensure appropriate referral, admission, and discharge.
