MAKE UP FOR EVER, part of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, seeks a Head of Financial Controlling for the EMEA region, based in Dubai. You will lead rigorous financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights, reporting to the EMEA General Manager and coordinating with Central Finance and MEA/Europe teams.

You will drive end-to-end financial controlling, budgets, forecasts, and executive reporting, while strengthening controls and driving profitability across the region.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in finance & controlling and 10+ years of professional experience in finance and controlling are a must.
• Experience in the Middle East and/or Cosmetics/Luxury industries is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player and partner mindset.
• Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Desire to contribute to business expansion and transformation.
• Meticulous, detail oriented, well organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient knowledge of financial statements; experience with ERP and finance reporting tools is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Finance Controlling team across Dubai and Paris, driving accuracy, insights, and accountability.
• Oversee end-to-end financial controlling, reporting, and planning aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Collaborate with MEA, Europe, and Central Finance to harmonize processes and strengthen controls.
• Present budget, forecasts, and variance analysis to senior leadership; support strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability while preserving growth priorities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial plans and key reports for executive review and governance.
• Partner with GM and business teams to translate data into actionable financial decisions.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance controlling function across the region.
