Job summary

MAKE UP FOR EVER, part of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, is seeking a Head of Financial Controlling EMEA to be based in Dubai. You will lead strategic financial analysis, reporting and insights for MEA and Europe, reporting to the EMEA General Manager and collaborating closely with Central Finance.

You will drive budgeting, financial plans, and executive reporting, building a high-performing Controlling team across Dubai, Paris and Saudi Arabia, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance & controlling is required.
• 10+ years of professional experience in finance and controlling preferred.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic vision and provide financial analysis.
• Lead the end-to-end financial controlling for the EMEA region, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Prepare budgets, plans and management reports for senior leadership and HQ.
• Coordinate and develop a Finance Controlling team across Paris, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.
• Foster collaboration with MEA and Europe teams and drive process harmonization.
