Job summary

Pilot Assessments seeks safety‑driven flight crew to operate the Embraer Lineage 1000 on VIP missions. Based permanently in Abu Dhabi, relocation is mandatory and commuting is not supported; visa sponsorship and insurance are provided.

You will maintain currency, complete recurrent training, uphold SOPs, and lead the flight deck for both Captain and First Officer roles, delivering exceptional VIP service.

Qualifications

• VIP/corporate aviation background; private and/or commercial operations.
• Fully current on Embraer Lineage 1000.
• Must relocate to Abu Dhabi; UAE resident preferred.
• Valid ATPL or CPL and Class 1 Medical required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Embraer Lineage 1000 to the highest safety, regulatory, and service standards.
• Deliver a discreet VIP passenger experience from briefing through arrival.
• Maintain currency and participate in recurrent training and SOPs.
• Plan and execute flights across diverse international environments and airspace.
• Collaborate with flight ops, cabin crew and ground teams to ensure punctual missions.
• For Captains: lead the flight deck, mentor the team, and drive safety culture.

The Opportunity

We are seeking polished, safety-driven flight crew to deliver seamless VIP service on the Lineage 1000. You will be permanently based in Abu Dhabi, flying private and commercial missions to the highest standards of corporate aviation. Relocation is mandatory; commuting is not supported.

What you’ll do

• Operate the Embraer Lineage 1000 to the highest safety, regulatory, and service standards.

What you’ll bring

• License: Valid ATPL or CPL.
• Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English: Valid ICAO English Language Level 4 or higher.
• Type rating & currency: Fully current on the Embraer Lineage 1000.
• Experience: VIP/corporate aviation background; private and/or commercial operations.
• Clean safety record with no accidents or incidents.
• Must relocate to Abu Dhabi; permanent base required (no commuting).
• UAE resident preferred.
