Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a First Officer to partner with the Captain in planning, operating and delivering the Gulfstream G650 flights to the highest safety and service standards for VIP and private clients.

You will perform pre- and post-flight inspections, assist with flight planning, route and weather analysis, and coordinate with operations and ground support, while maintaining meticulous flight logs.

Qualifications

• ATPL license or Frozen ATPL with G650 type rating.
• Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

As First Officer, you’ll partner with the Captain to plan, operate and conclude flights to the highest professional standard, ensuring uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance and a seamless VIP experience end-to-end.

What you’ll do

• Assist the Captain in operating the G650 in accordance with aviation regulations and Sybajet SOPs.
• Conduct meticulous pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections to assure readiness and airworthiness.
• Support flight planning, performance calculations, route and weather analysis, and fuel strategy.
• Coordinate with flight operations, dispatch and ground support for smooth trip execution.
• Monitor systems and manage normal/abnormal procedures to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Uphold VIP service standards and discretion for corporate and private clients.
• Maintain accurate flight logs, reports and documentation.

What you’ll bring

• Valid ATPL or Frozen ATPL with a G650 type rating (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours, including 500 hours on Gulfstream aircraft.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proven teamwork, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including long‑haul sectors and on‑call operations.

Preferred

• Experience with international flight operations and global regulatory compliance.
• Background in VIP/private charter environments.
