Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Travel Butler to support a highly discreet UHNWI Principal in Dubai, coordinating end-to-end travel logistics including flights, luxury accommodations, visas, and ground transfers across time zones.

You will manage demanding schedules with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining absolute discretion and upholding impeccable grooming and etiquette in a private household environment.

Qualifications

• Experience directly supporting UHNWI/HNW Principals or private families.
• Proven ability to manage complex international travel and last-minute changes.
• Excellent discretion, confidentiality and professional grooming.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving in private service contexts.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the Principal on extensive international travel as the primary travelling Butler, coordinating flights, hotels, visas, transfers and last-minute changes.
• Manage the Principal's demanding schedule with meticulous attention to detail and readiness for changing priorities.
• Oversee wardrobe and luggage management before, during, and after travel, including packing and garment care.
• Deliver high standards of personalized service with discretion and professionalism in a private UHNWI environment.
