Qualifications

• Proven experience as a security guard, preferably in residential or high-end property environments.
• Valid security license or certifications as required by local regulations.
• Excellent surveillance, communication, and conflict-de-escalation skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and patrol the premises.

Responsibilities

• Vetting visitors, verifying guest identities, managing entry/exit logs, and securing all perimeter gates.
• Conducting regular foot patrols around the villa, checking doors and windows, and monitoring CCTV systems.
• Responding to alarms, fires, or medical emergencies, and contacting authorities when necessary.
• Maintaining detailed daily activity reports and documenting any incidents or damages.
• Acting as a professional presence to deter crime while assisting residents and guests.
