Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role with residential sales in the UAE or internationally.
• Knowledge of regional real estate markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong team player with ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• RERA card required; MRICS desired but not essential; UAE driving license.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular client contact through meetings and update calls.
• Promote projects through private meetings, events, and forums.
• Qualify enquiries and conclude sales per best practice standards.
• Meet and exceed sales target KPIs.
• Be aware of market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Assist Head of Prime Residential in selecting new projects to sell when needed.
• Organize visits to marketing suites and viewings per protocol.
• Assist in planning campaigns and events locally and internationally.
• Identify referral partners to drive awareness and sales for assigned projects.
• Represent projects and uphold Knight Frank values with professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge of developments.
