Job summary

Cigna in Dubai is seeking an Eligibility Associate Representative (Band 1). The role focuses on ensuring compliance with local laws and coordinating with regional and international teams on Middle East regulatory requirements.

The candidate will gather and validate compliance data, track performance, and maintain issue logs while partnering with sales and client management to advise on regulatory matters. Training and government portal registrations are also involved.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate operational activities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance to regional and international teams on Middle East compliance requirements.
• Undertake regular data gathering and validation based on agreement levels.
• Track and maintain data to support performance reviews and reporting.
• Maintain an issue log to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct periodic internal audits and help formulate strategies to maintain compliance.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and train inter-department staff when needed.
• Partner with regional sales and client management teams to advise on regulatory matters.
• Register benefit plans on government portals and support client/broker contracts.
• Identify compliance risks, gather missing information, and avoid non-compliance cases.
• Monitor adherence to compliance practices across the business and build stakeholder relationships.

• Undertake compliance data gathering and validation activities on regular basis based on agreement level.
• Tracking and maintaining data on regular basis to support performance review and reporting.
• Maintain issue log to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct periodic internal audit, identify problem areas and help formulate strategy to maintain compliance status.
• Stays updated with the regulatory requirement with the changes and impart inter-department training when needed.
• Closely partner with regional sales and client management teams to provide advice, support and guidance on all regulatory and compliance matters.
• Registration of benefit plans on government portals
• Support with preparation and management of client and broker contracts
• Support the teams to identify all compliance risks, help gather missing information and avoid non-compliance cases.
• Monitor and report adherence of compliance practice across business.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
