Qualifications

• ITI or diploma holder or vocational / technical course certificate holder.
• Minimum of two years service/maintenance experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform all service call-backs and repairs on customers equipment.
• Respond to all call-backs assigned in a timely manner.
• Work in a cooperative manner with other technicians.
• Keep the customer informed regarding their equipment.
• Comply with all safety policies and requirements.
• Complete all required data inputs in a diligent fashion.
