Job summary

Otis L.L.C. on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai seeks a field-focused Installer to install elevators and escalators at client sites. You will follow defined installation and safety procedures, work with contractors, and verify shaft alignment and openings against shop drawings.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials, preparing damage reports, coordinating schedules, and maintaining site safety. The role emphasizes hands-on field work with progressively increasing responsibility and training

• Ability to convey basic information to site teams.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials at site and confirm order completion.
• Prepare checklists for damaged or short-shipped materials.
• Coordinate installation schedules with contractors and other works.
• Inspect lift shaft alignment and door openings against shop drawings.
• Install machine room equipment and hoistway components per drawings.
• Submit installation checklists to the Team Lead Installations.
• Maintain site safety by restricting access as required.
• Report discrepancies to Team Lead Installations.
