Description

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Electronic Engineer to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will support the development, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and systems. This role requires a basic understanding of electronic components, fault finding, and soldering techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of electronic circuits and systems.
  • Perform fault finding and troubleshooting of electronic hardware.
  • Carry out precision soldering and rework of surface-mount (SMT) components.
  • Work with engineers to assemble, test, and validate prototype boards.
  • Document test results, issues, and findings for further improvements.
  • Assist in component selection, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of electronic components, circuits, and PCB layouts.
  • Experience in fault finding and troubleshooting electronic circuits.
  • Proficiency in soldering and desoldering of electronic components.
  • Familiarity with basic test and measurement equipment.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets, and technical documents.
  • Strong analytical problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
