Job summary

Woopel is seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to lead a team of electricians in Dubai. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring work is done safely and in compliance with local codes.

You will plan daily tasks, inspect work, mentor staff, and coordinate with contractors to ensure on-time project completion. Strong leadership and blueprints reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must hold a valid biometric passport from Pakistan.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Knowledge of Dubai's local electrical codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Physically fit and able to work with tools.

Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of electricians to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
• Plan and assign daily tasks to team members based on project requirements
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being performed according to safety standards
• Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during projects
• Ensure all materials are ordered and delivered on time for project completion

Requirements
