Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance for residential buildings.
• Solid knowledge of electrical distribution boards and safety requirements.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform timely repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical distribution boards and panels in residential buildings.
• Perform ELCB/LCB change and fault finding to ensure safety and reliability.
• Install, replace, and repair switches, lighting, and power fixtures as required.
• Install chandeliers and water heaters; ensure proper connection and safety.
• Install TVs on walls and handle related cabling and testing.
• Address and repair exhaust fans and washing machine connections as needed.
