Swift MEP Technical Services LLC in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced Electrician cum Plumber with a valid UAE driving license to join our maintenance team. You will handle electrical maintenance, plumbing repairs, and general building upkeep on diverse sites.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting, installation, and safe vehicle operation, with the ability to work independently and meet scheduling demands. In-person role across Dubai project locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years UAE experience in electrical, plumbing and building maintenance.
• Hands-on electrical troubleshooting and plumbing repairs.
• Valid UAE driving licence is required.

Job Description

Swift MEP Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced Electrician cum Plumber with a valid UAE driving licence to join our maintenance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, and general building maintenance, along with the ability to drive a vehicle safely.

Responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance in residential and commercial buildings.
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and distribution boards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, short circuits, and power supply issues.
• Carry out basic electrical installations, replacements, and repairs.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and procedures.

Plumbing Maintenance

• Install, inspect, and repair water supply and drainage systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair leaking pipes, taps, valves, faucets, and sanitary fixtures.
• Perform maintenance on toilets, washbasins, water heaters, and related plumbing equipment.
• Identify and resolve water leakage, drainage blockages, and other plumbing issues.
• Carry out routine plumbing inspections and preventive maintenance.

General Maintenance & Driving

• Perform general handyman and building maintenance tasks as required.
• Attend emergency maintenance calls and complete assigned jobs within the required timeframe.
• Prepare service reports and update the supervisor on completed work and outstanding issues.
• Drive company vehicles safely to transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Proven hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and plumbing repairs.
• Experience working with maintenance companies is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems and safety procedures.
• Valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work at different project locations across Dubai.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Benefits
