Job summary

Hala Fix LLC in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to cover HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general MEP tasks on multiple sites across the city. The role requires an immediate start, a valid UAE driving licence, and willingness to work overtime.

Accommodation and company transport are provided, along with standard gratuity and leave salary. Candidates should have hands-on MEP experience and be able to travel between sites, supporting senior technicians on larger projects.

Qualifications

• Must currently be in the UAE; applications from outside the country will not be considered.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.
• Immediate availability: ready to start right away / visit or cancelled visa preferred.
• Hands-on technical experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or General MEP maintenance.
• Previous experience as technician, maintenance technician, or MEP technician.
• Able to drive staff and materials between sites across Dubai.
• Basic troubleshooting, proper tool handling, safety awareness, and willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Job description

1. Drive company staff, technicians, tools, and materials to customer sites and project locations as required

2. Carry out (any one) HVAC or electrical or plumbing or general MEP maintenance and repair work according to the candidate’s technical skills

3. Assist with AC servicing, troubleshooting, installation, replacement, and other MEP works

4. Support senior technicians on larger jobs and installations when required

5. Collect and deliver materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment

6. Maintain the company vehicle in clean and safe condition and report any maintenance requirements

7. Follow site safety procedures, company instructions, and maintain proper handling of tools and materials

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Must currently be in the UAE (applications from outside the country will not be considered)

2. Valid UAE driving licence required

3. Immediate availability: ready to start right away / visit or cancelled visa preferred

4. Must have hands‑on technical experience in at least one of the following:

   • HVAC / Air Conditioning

   • Electrical

   • Plumbing

   • General MEP maintenance

5. Previous experience working as a technician, maintenance technician, or MEP technician

6. Able to drive staff and materials between different sites across Dubai

7. Basic troubleshooting ability, proper tool handling, safety awareness, and willingness to work overtime when required

Preferred

• ITI / Diploma or technical qualification in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

• UAE/Gulf maintenance experience

• Candidates with experience in more than one MEP trade will be preferred

• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations
