Job summary

Brainfreeze Interior Decoration LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP/Electrical Technician to carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works at residential projects.

The ideal candidate will read MEP drawings, install lighting fixtures and electrical accessories, perform cable pulling and termination, ensure safety on site, and collaborate with site teams. Immediate joiners preferred. Experience in villas or fit-out projects and UAE safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an MEP/electrical technician or electrician.
• Experience in residential construction, villa, or fit-out projects.
• Ability to read basic MEP/electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of UAE construction-site safety practices.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works at residential projects.
• Install and connect lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, DBs, isolators, and other electrical accessories.
• Perform cable pulling, cable termination, dressing, and routing according to approved drawings.
• Install and maintain conduits, cable trays, trunking, and electrical containment systems.
• Read and understand MEP electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams.
• Carry out electrical works for residential units, villas, apartments, common areas, and service rooms.
• Assist with installation and connection of AC power supplies, pumps, water heaters, exhaust fans, and other MEP equipment.
• Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and equipment.
• Identify electrical faults and carry out necessary corrective works.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP supervisors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other site teams.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe working practices at the work site.
• Use electrical tools and testing equipment safely and correctly.
• Report material requirements, site issues, and technical problems to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an MEP/Electrical Technician or Electrician.
• Experience in residential construction, villa, or fit-out projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read basic MEP/electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of UAE construction-site safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
