Job summary

CALIFORCA TRADING LLC seeks a Technician to service cleaning machinery with at least 1 year of UAE experience in sales and technical support. The role involves visiting customers, demonstrations, and basic troubleshooting while coordinating with service and sales teams.

The position is based in Umm Al-Quwain with on-site accommodation and relocation support for eligible candidates, along with opportunities to travel to customer sites for on-location repairs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the cleaning machinery field.
• Basic knowledge of scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers and related equipment.
• Proven experience working with and troubleshooting motors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• UAE driving license preferred; English and Hindi languages required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and promote cleaning machinery products.
• Conduct machine demonstrations and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with service and sales teams.
• Follow up on inquiries and customer requirements.
