Schneider Electric in Dubai is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead electrical systems technical execution from concept to completion. You will own technical solutions, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery that meets customer expectations.

In this role you design and implement HV, MV, and LV solutions across diverse industries, manage risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Join us as a Senior Engineer leading electrical systems technical execution from concept to completion. This role puts you at the center of complex projects where you'll own technical solutions, lead talented teams, and deliver results that matter to our customers.

What will you do?

• Own technical scope for electrical systems projects from award through closure, ensuring quality delivery
• Lead technical teams through specification, design, implementation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Identify technical risks and manage interfaces across project stakeholders and management
• Design and deliver electrical solutions spanning HV, MV, and LV systems across diverse market segments
