Careers International in Dubai is hiring an Electrical Supervisor/Foreman for its civil & MEP contracting operations on building and infrastructure projects. You will supervise electrical teams, conduct installations, and ensure safety on site while coordinating with the site engineer.

Requirements include a Diploma/ITI in Electrical, 5+ years of relevant experience, ability to read drawings, and good English/Hindi communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical is required.
• 5+ years of experience as Electrical Supervisor/Foreman in building construction.
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
• Good communication in English/Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical foremen, chargehands and electricians on daily site activities.
• Execute conduiting, cable pulling, DB/panel installation, wiring and lighting as per drawings.
• Plan daily manpower and material requirements with the site engineer.
• Check workmanship quality and prepare areas for inspection.
• Report daily progress and issues to the site/project engineer.
• Enforce safety rules and toolbox talks on site.
