Job summary

YO AI Labs in the United Arab Emirates (Sharjah) is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to oversee installation activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and supervise site teams to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.

The role involves substation work, MV/LV transformers, cable laying, reading SLDs, and ensuring on-time progress while managing material usage and safety. UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in industrial or plant electrical projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Substation installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments for site execution.
• Coordinate with consultant inspectors for material and work inspections.
• Execute work as per project plan.
• Supervise manpower and monitor productivity.
• Read and interpret SLDs and electrical drawings.
• Work on industrial and plant projects.
• Install MV & LV transformers and electrical panels.
• Perform MV & LV cable laying glanding and termination.
• Install cable containment systems.
• Fault identification and troubleshooting.
• Monitor work progress and material usage.
