Job summary

KEC International requires a site-based role in the United Arab Emirates to execute and supervise electrical works for transmission line projects from 132 kV to 400 kV. You will lead tower erection and stringing activities, coordinate with civil teams for foundations, and review drawings to ensure accurate site execution.

You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and provide regular progress updates to project management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of transmission line project scope (132 kV–400 kV).
• Hands-on experience in tower erection and stringing activities.
• Experience coordinating foundation and piling for TL projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Familiarity with site safety standards and quality procedures.
• Strong site execution, coordination and reporting skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support testing, commissioning and final handover as required.

• Monitor site progress and provide daily/weekly updates to project management.
• Troubleshoot site-related technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients for project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at site.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities wherever required.

Preferred candidate profile
