Job summary

The Bahri & Mazroei Group is seeking a Project Sales Engineer – Electrical to drive specification, project sales and business development across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will engage MEP contractors, consultants, and developers to generate enquiries and convert them into profitable orders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–7 years UAE experience in electrical project sales, with a strong network in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and a proven track record in delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of UAE experience in electrical project sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with leading MEP contractors across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Identify new construction projects from design through execution stages.
• Generate enquiries, negotiate, and secure project orders.
• Build strong relationships with project managers, procurement teams, consultants, developers, and site engineers.
• Coordinate with internal estimation, procurement, logistics, and administration teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track the project pipeline through CRM and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Achieve monthly sales, gross profit (GP), and collection targets.
