Job summary

A property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Electrical/Electrician responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance and attending to emergencies across properties. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in Electrical Systems, possess at least 6 years of experience in the field, and have exceptional problem-solving skills. The role requires a valid UAE driver's license and strong knowledge of both low and high voltage systems, alongside excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as an Electrician in property management or facilities management.
• Expertise in troubleshooting electrical issues and working with control systems.
• Advanced knowledge of low voltage systems and general knowledge of high voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues at assigned sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
• Attend and resolve electrical emergencies efficiently.
