Job summary

Kinematic technical services LLC seeks an experienced HVAC & Electrical Foreman to lead installation, maintenance and troubleshooting on site in the UAE. The role requires strong supervision skills and the ability to coordinate with other site disciplines.

Candidates should have a mini diploma in electrical engineering, 5+ years of HVAC/electrical experience, and proven capability to read wiring diagrams and manage safety procedures on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Mini Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in HVAC and electrical works.
• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of cable tray layouts, installation, cable pulling, routing, dressing, and identification.
• Experience in cable termination, cable testing, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of HVAC power, control, and instrumentation cables.
• Familiarity with HVAC control systems and associated electrical/control wiring.
• Ability to supervise technicians and workers and coordinate daily site activities.
• Ability to coordinate HVAC and electrical works with other site disciplines.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and site safety procedures.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
