Job summary

JobLeader is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role covers the design, development and maintenance of electrical systems, from power distribution to lighting and fire alarm systems.

You will provide technical guidance, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support project execution with strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role requires rigorous attention to detail and the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Familiarity with regulations, standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain electrical systems in accordance with regulations and standards.
• Install, configure and test electrical components or equipment.
• Monitor performance of electrical systems and identify faults or improvement areas.
• Develop detailed plans to ensure efficient operation of new or upgraded systems.
• Provide technical advice to colleagues on electrical components or equipment usage.
• Create reports outlining changes made to existing systems.
• Maintain records of all electrical installations/repairs/maintenance activities.
• Liaise with external contractors/suppliers when necessary.
