Exposure to diverse project environments and multicultural teams will be beneficial.

Technical Skills and Project Experience

The candidate should have hands‑on experience in executing engineering projects, particularly in construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities. They should be well‑versed in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Practical knowledge and experience in the following areas are essential:

Experience in power plants and substations, including electrical installation, cable laying, transformer erection, switchgear installation, and testing, will be highly preferred.

Leadership and Supervisory Responsibilities

The role requires candidates with proven management and supervisory experience. The candidate should be capable of leading teams effectively and ensuring that project objectives are achieved efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and Supervising Site Activities: Overseeing daily operations at the project site and ensuring work is carried out according to approved plans and schedules.
