Strong knowledge of electrical codes and excellent problem-solving skills are essential. Qualifications

As a Electrical reporting into the Head of Hospitality working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for commercial residential or industrial projects including power distribution lighting and emergency systems.
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings and specifications using CAD or BIM software.
• Perform load calculations voltage drop analysis and fault analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local codes regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure the integration of electrical systems with other building systems.
• Review and approve vendor submittals and materials.
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in electrical design preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Should have Dubai experience
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD Revit ETAP etc.).
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NEC IEC etc.) and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient design is a plus.
