Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsman. The candidate will be responsible for designing wiring and layout diagrams, supervising installations, and preparing detailed engineering drawings. Qualifications include a diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in Gulf countries, with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Gulf countries as electrical draftsman.

• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and draw wiring and layout diagrams.
• Supervise installation of electrical equipment and systems.
• Supervise repair of equipment and wiring.
• Create visual guidelines for construction purposes.
• Draft technical details.
• Specify dimensions materials and procedures.
• Draw in minute details of structures.
• Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting systems to prepare drawings.
• Create and store drawings electronically.
• Program drawings into automated manufacturing systems.
• Prepare variations of design.
• Explain concepts to construction workers.
• Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications.

Qualifications

Engineering/Diploma in Electrical Engineering Electrical Drafting /ITI

Additional Information
