Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE seeks an enthusiastic professional to join the Electric Mobility team within Used Cars. You will prospect, inspect and purchase vehicles, deliver monthly targets and optimize stock and pricing to maximize turnover.

The role requires a Diploma or bachelor’s degree, at least one year of relevant experience in buying or selling vehicles, and strong English communication in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree required.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Experience buying or selling vehicles, or workshop-floor experience within a major automotive franchise.
• Sound vehicle-assessment and valuation capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, target-focused and comfortable working in a high-activity environment.
• Customer-focused, emotionally mature and effective in a multicultural team.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, source, inspect and purchase vehicles at recommended prices.
• Deliver monthly vehicle-purchase targets and contribute to the budgeted gross-margin target.
• Maintain a balanced stock mix and appropriate pricing to support faster stock turnover and stock-age targets.
• Identify and maximise wholesale opportunities to buy and sell vehicles.
• Accurately record vehicle-condition findings on inspection forms and derive appropriate values.
• Provide internal and external customers with a consistently positive experience.
• Review your performance regularly and continuously improve against agreed targets.
