Job summary

Al-Futtaim Logistics in the UAE is seeking a Light Vehicle Driver to operate light vehicles up to 3.0t across AFL locations. You will maintain a damage-free record, comply with Quality SOPs, and support logistics operations with timely, efficient duties.

Ideal candidates hold matriculation, at least 2 years of class 3 driving experience, basic automotive knowledge, and strong teamwork. Safety and professional appearance are essential as you represent Al-Futtaim Automotive.

Qualifications

• Matriculation passed and 25+ years old.
• At least 2 years of experience driving class 3 vehicles with a category 3 license.
• Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive light vehicles and trucks up to 3.0t at AFL locations and across the UAE with tasks like port clearance, picking, binning and scanning.
• Maintain a 100% damage-free record and report all accidents or incidents to supervisors.
• Accurately maintain vehicle log books per company requirements.
• Adhere to Quality SOPs for driving and handling new vehicles and implement QC initiatives.
• Present in required uniform or PPE and interact professionally with customers.
• Scan and update bin locations of all units using the RDT device.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from senior management.
• Perform washing, cleaning and fueling of new units and update fuel date via SMART Fill System.
