Job summary

T Magazine MENA, part of ITP Media Group, seeks a talented Graphic Design Intern to join its editorial team in Dubai. You will assist with print magazine pages, typography, image placement, and design file preparation, working closely with editors and the Art Director to bring stories to life across pages.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed a Graphic Design-related degree, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and passionate about editorial storytelling and contemporary design

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong typography, editorial layouts, grid systems and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous design execution.
• Interest in fashion, art, culture, publishing and current visual trends.
• Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback and collaborate in fast-paced editorial environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating design sensibility, typography and editorial design.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and layout of print magazine pages following the publication's visual identity.
• Work on typography, typesetting, kerning, and layout refinement for publication-ready designs.
• Support editorial team with image placement, visual composition, and page development.
• Prepare and organize design files for print production with accuracy to specs.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to translate concepts into compelling visual layouts.
• Conduct visual research and contribute fresh ideas for upcoming issues.
• Assist with final layout checks, proofing, and revisions before print deadlines.
