Job summary

Midis Group is seeking a Senior Specialist - E‑Commerce & Web Development to coordinate online store enhancements and digital customer experiences. You'll work with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize product listings, campaigns, and CRM initiatives, driving online growth and better conversions.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Shopify (Plus preferred), and proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, GA4, and SEO fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce or web development.
• Strong Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred) experience.
• Experience with email marketing, segmentation, and CRM tools.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; GA4 and SEO fundamentals.
• Marketplace experience on Amazon/Noon is a plus.
• Regional coverage experience or willingness to work across UAE/MENA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate web development and online store enhancements aligned with digital initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize product listings, landing pages, and promotions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, agencies, and vendors on e-commerce projects.
• Improve website functionality, usability, and digital customer experience.
• Execute product launches, online campaigns, and email marketing.
• Monitor conversions, customer journeys, and website engagement metrics.
• Coordinate CRM and customer engagement, including segmentation and personalization.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights for site improvements.
• Ensure content accuracy and consistency across digital channels and devices.
• Work with sales, marketing, service, and tech teams to boost online sales.
