Based in Sharjah, we have spent more than a decade partnering with top global brands and supplying major retailers across the region. As we expand our online presence—especially in the children’s books category—we are looking for a talented and proactive individual to join our growing team.

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and energetic E-Commerce & Market Expansion Executive to manage our online vendor, marketplace accounts and support our regional sales expansion. This role is ideal for someone with experience in toys, children’s publishing, or related consumer categories—especially someone who can bring fresh ideas to boost online book sales. You will gain hands‑on exposure to e-commerce operations, digital sales strategy, and B2B market development within a fast‑growing SME environment.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Account Management
  • Manage and optimize daily operations across Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, FirstCry, Mumzworld, and other online marketplaces.
  • Upload, refine, and maintain product listings (images, descriptions, keywords, pricing).
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and prevent OOS or non‑fulfillment situations.
  • Track and analyze marketplace performance KPIs: sales, conversion, traffic, reviews, buy‑box activity.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and visibility activities—especially for our children’s book brands.
  • Work closely with marketplace account managers to maximize category and brand visibility.
Sales Outreach & Market Expansion
  • Identify new retailers, resellers, and wholesale customers across the GCC.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to introduce our toy and book brands.
  • Prepare presentations, catalogs, price lists, and brand pitches.
  • Generate and qualify leads before passing them to the Sales Manager for closure.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and sales pipelines.
Content & Creative Support (Bonus Skill)
  • Use Adobe Photoshop or similar tools to create:
    • Retail display mockups
    • Packaging visuals
    • Planograms
    • Simple online marketing creatives
  • Assist with social media content planning when needed.
General Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth e-commerce order flow.
  • Share marketplace insights with the marketing team to improve campaigns.
  • Assist with new product launches and SKU setups.
  • Prepare weekly reports on account performance and new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1–3 years or more experience in e-commerce vendor marketplace account management (experience in toys, children’s books, FMCG, or consumer goods is a plus).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and quick to learn new systems.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (optional but highly preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced SME environment.
  • Self‑driven, creative, and passionate about toys, children’s books, and digital commerce.
