Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in‑stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where cross‑functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
We are a data‑first organization, placing analytics at the heart of decision‑making to empower business leaders with the insights they need to drive growth and performance. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic, cross‑functional team focused on transforming data into strategic advantage across our eCommerce ecosystem.
Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding data and AI into everyday business processes, enabling smarter decisions and delivering measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to ensure seamless integration across the data value chain—from data collection and modeling to analysis, reporting, and experimentation.
We position consumer data and insights at the core of our ways of working, and this role will be pivotal in shaping how we use data to understand consumer behaviour, optimise digital marketing investments, and drive commercial outcomes. You will lead a team of analysts and developers, using the full suite of AI and analytics capabilities to solve real business problems with a strong focus on ROI.
