Role Context The Early Years Teacher will provide young learners with a strong foundation for future education by creating a safe, nurturing and purposeful learning environment. The role requires a balance of structured teaching, play-based exploration, communication development, early literacy and numeracy, creativity and personal development. Ideal Profile Candidates should hold a B.Ed or a bachelor 's degree together with a PGCE, PGDE or equivalent recognised teaching qualification specialising in Primary or Early Years Education. Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England will be valuable, although Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for Early Years education and the ability to create engaging, innovative and inclusive learning experiences for young children. High expectations for children 's achievement, behaviour, wellbeing and personal development are essential. Applicants should understand how young children learn through exploration, communication, practical activity and carefully structured teaching.
