Job summary

Emirates British Nursery (EBN), part of GMG, seeks qualified early childhood educators to join our Dubai team. Candidates should hold a university degree in Early Childhood or related field, or a high school diploma with Cache Level 3 and at least two years of relevant experience.

Native English proficiency and Dubai residency or relocation plans are expected. The role focuses on delivering a broad curriculum under the EYFS framework, ensuring safety, development tracking, and inclusive

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Residence in Dubai or willingness to relocate to Dubai.
• Two years of experience in care or education of children (if using high school path under Cache Level 3).

Responsibilities

• Undertaking activities with all children to ensure safety and facilitate development.
• Carry out planned educational activities promoting independent learning.
• Provide high standard of care within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Encourage inclusion and adapt activities to meet diverse needs.
• Monitor, assess and record children’s development using appropriate tools.
• Ensure care, welfare, health, safety and security of all children.
• Participate in assessments and prepare reports on children’s work and development.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
