Job summary

A government educational institution in Sharjah is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist for Early Childhood. This role focuses on assessing and intervening with children aged 0-4 displaying learning difficulties. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field, possess at least 10 years of experience, and be bilingual in Arabic and English. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in early intervention.
• Proven experience working with children aged 0–4 with learning difficulties.
• Experience in GCC early childhood sectors, especially in inclusive environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive developmental assessments for children aged 0–4.
• Design and lead early intervention programs for cognitive and socio-emotional development.
• Train and mentor nursery educators on intervention strategies and inclusive practices.
