Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Education or related subject with PGCE or equivalent.
• Experience teaching English National Curriculum.
• Commitment to CPD and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Create a learning climate conducive to outstanding practice.
• Identify clear learning objectives and differentiation needs.
• Use performance data to plan and track progress.
• Assess and report student progress in line with school policy.
• Collaborate with SEN, POD, EAL and G&T teams as required.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons with effective ICT use.
