Responsibilities

• Successfully pass the ADNOC WMS assessment for Job Performer.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions relevant to the role.
• Act as the primary liaison with field authorities to request and apply for the necessary work permits.
• Conduct thorough site surveys to identify potential hazards.
• Follow the direction of the permit issuer to obtain approval before commencing work.
• Review the requirements of the work permit and ensure all conditions are met.
• Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with permit controls.
• Ensure proper closure of the work permit upon completion.

Job description

• Attend all mandatory training sessions relevant to the role
• Act as the primary liaison with field authorities to request and apply for the necessary work permits
• Conduct thorough site surveys to identify potential hazards and ensure no obstructions exist that could interfere with permitted work
• Follow the direction of the permit issuer (field operations) to obtain approval before commencing work. Collaborate with barge/vessel supervisors as needed
• Review the requirements of the work permit, sign it, and ensure that all specified conditions are met prior to starting work
• Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with permit controls. If deviations occur, coordinate with the construction team to rectify the situation and consult with the permit issuer for approval before resuming work
• Ensure proper closure of the work permit upon completion of tasks, following established procedures
