Job summary

Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC, a Ghobash Group member, seeks an experienced Construction/Site Supervisor for ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee onshore and offshore electrical/instrumentation work, ensure permits, PTW, and safety compliance, and coordinate with PA, EPCM, HSE and QA/QC.

The role requires ADNOC WMS certificate, JP approval, and the ability to read IFC drawings, P&IDs, and installation drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical or relevant discipline.
• Valid ADNOC WMS Certificate, Pervious Job Performer (JP) approval/certification.
• 4+ years of relevant construction/site supervision experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience in ADNOC operating facilities / brownfield projects.
• Knowledge of ADNOC WMS, PTW, TRA/JSA, TBT, SIMOPS and HSE requirements.
• Ability to read IFC drawings, layouts, P&IDs, installation drawings and Method Statements.
• Strong communication and coordination with Operations, EPCM, HSE, QA/QC and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the PA/Operations for permits in accordance with WMS requirements.
• Ensure all PTW, TRA/JSA, Method Statements and drawings are approved before starting work.
• Maintain continuous supervision of site activities and ensure work remains within the approved permit/Method Statement/scope.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager/Project Engineer for daily fronts, manpower, materials and priorities.
• Coordinate with EPCM CONTRACTOR, COMPANY Operations and other contractors for interfaces and SIMOPS.
• Ensure latest IFC drawings, Method Statements, and procedures are used on site.
• Supervise installation, modification, testing and pre-commissioning activities within the scope.
