Job summary

Archirodon Group seeks an E&I Quantity Surveyor to support cost control, material tracking and evaluation of contractor variations on UAE EPC projects. You will analyze quantities, review cost implications, and coordinate with field teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires 5–8 years in EPC/EPCM environments, familiarity with ADNOC standards, and strong English communication. Willingness to travel and work on site in UAE is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in project costs analysis, material & cost control, optimizing financial performance.
  • Excellent knowledge of E&I material tracking for cost analysis.
  • Familiarity with International & ADNOC standards.
  • Awareness of safety & quality norms in Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proficient communication in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and control material quantities for Electrical & Instrumentation work.
  • Evaluate contractor’s variations and interim payments.
  • Analyze and evaluate cost implications of E&I work.
  • Participate in material evaluation and review analysis.
  • Finalize material for construction work packages and tie‑ins.
  • Track material to expeditate hold and field concerns.
  • Support variation claims related to E&I with field engineering input.
  • Coordinate with field engineering on material control.
