Job summary

A leading e-commerce company in Dubai seeks an experienced professional to manage multi-platform order coordination, sales invoicing, and content management. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in e-commerce operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze sales data for growth opportunities. Knowledge of the GCC e-commerce landscape is required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multi-platform e-commerce operations (Amazon, Noon, FirstCry).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
  • Familiarity with FBA, FBN, Seller Central, and vendor portals.

  • Generate weekly/monthly sales reports with charts.

Responsibilities
  • Order Coordination: Manage order processing, delivery, and returns across platforms including FirstCry, Babyshop, Amazon (Prime, Seller Central, FBA), Noon (FBN), and Dubai Store for UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and Qatar.
  • Sales & Invoicing: Sales orders and invoices making & provide require details to customers. Price & stock updating deals template making.
  • Inventory & Pricing: Update product prices and stock levels; create deal templates and promotional offers.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly sales reports with charts and profit/loss analysis using Excel; present insights to management.
  • Content Management: Write A+ content, product descriptions, bullet points, and keywords; upload and maintain listings across marketplaces.
  • Market Research: Stay current with e-commerce trends, platform updates, and best practices to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in multi-platform e-commerce operations (Amazon, Noon, FirstCry, etc.)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas, dashboards)
  • Familiarity with FBA, FBN, Seller Central, and vendor portals
