Job summary

RecruitMe Plus is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to drive online growth by optimizing product visibility, pricing and sales performance across marketplaces and the company website.

You will coordinate with marketing, warehouse and finance to implement digital initiatives, enhance online presence and improve profitability. The role requires 4–6 years in e-commerce, strong Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or e-commerce.
• 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour) and CMS platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis; dashboards/BI tools are a plus.
• Proven ability to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic E-commerce Operations: manage end-to-end online product operations across all major platforms (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour and company site).
• Content & Merchandising Management: ensure high-quality images, SEO-friendly descriptions, and accurate product data.
• Promotion & Campaign Strategy: design, implement and monitor digital campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting: prepare detailed reports on sales, ROI, and inventory movement.
• Coordination & Team Support: guide E-commerce Assistants and coordinate with warehouse, logistics and finance.
